Rental Agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking along with a copy of your photo ID.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules

  • Check In After 4:00 PM

  • Check Out Before 11:00 AM

  • Not Recommended for Children under 10 years of age

  • No Pets

  • No Parties or Events

  • No Smoking on the property

  • Maximum Capacity is 6 guests

  • Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25

    (Security deposit is 100% refundable if no damages)
  • Payment Methods Accepted: Zelle, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Company Check or Personal Checks made payable to Al or Pat Naticchioni. Visa, MasterCard, Discover are also accepted through PayPal with additional 3% credit card fee.
